Online Ticket Orders  

The Organisers of the Leek & District Agricultural Show advise that this is an outdoor event and all visitors enter at their own risk.  

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned
  • Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
  •  Customers must ensure each visitor has their own ticket on their person (this excludes children under 5yrs) and children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.   
  • Tickets need to be ready to be scanned prior to arriving at the gate.  
    • If you are presenting your ticket on a mobile device, please have this ready to scan prior to arrival
    • If printed, please ensure the ticket is in a clear and readable form (you don’t need to print in colour).  
  • Tickets cannot be held at or collected from the gate.   

Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. For online ticket queries please use the ticket contact form on the website.   

Data Protection & GDPR   

The Leek & District Agricultural Show aims to set the best practice in implementing the Data Protection Act (1998) and GDPR (2018).  As part of our service to you, we would like to advise you that your details will be retained on a secure database.  This is to facilitate any ticket queries or future bookings.  No card details are stored by the Show or our third party e-ticket provider, Showing Scene.  Leek & District Agricultural Show and Showing Scene are PCI DSS Compliant and review security policies  annually.   

Email addresses (where given) may be used to send Leek & District Agricultural Show e-shots to give you relevant information in relation to future events organised by them. These will be sent randomly and sparingly throughout the year.  These emails will not be used for marketing purposes or passed on to any third parties. If you prefer not to receive these emails, or have any queries then email info@leekshow.org.uk.   

Lost, Forgotten or Unused Tickets  

 No duplicate can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused admission tickets.

Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event   

The Organisers shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the Leek & District Agricultural Show or any such eventuality.   

Disclaimer of Liability   

All tickets are sold subject to the organisers reserving the right to refuse admission to the Showground to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Showground with good reason for such action.  Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Organisers of the Leek & District Agricultural Show, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to animals, owners, exhibitors, trade stands, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
